Finding Users

  1. Click on the Search bar and type the registration number you are looking for.
  2. Click on the vehicle you want and make a service offer (or send a message – see note).
Note: A company can only contact a user to make a service offer. Only after sending a service offer and receiving feedback from the user, the company is able to contact the user. The only exception is when the user is following the company. In this case, the company can send the user a message.

For details on how to make an offer click here. If you want to access services you already performed follow the next steps:

  1. Place the pointer over Profile and a drop down menu will appear.
  2. Click on Service and you will be redirected to your service’s page.

In your services’  page you will be able to access all your services’ information – accepted services, waiting services and rejected services.

How to send a message to a user

Note: A company cannot contact a user unless to make a service offer. Only after sending a service offer and receiving feedback from the user, the company is able to contact the user. The only exception is when the user is following the company. In this case, the company can send the user a message.
Note: A company can only send a message to one user at a time.

There are two ways you can send a message:

You can send a message directly through their profile:

  1. Click on the Search bar and type who are you looking for or which company are you looking for.
  2. Click on what you want and you will be redirected to the user’s or company’s profile.
  3. Below the Dashboard photo, on the light pink banner you will be able to find a Message button. Click on it.
  4. Type your message content and click on Send.

Or

  1. On the top right of your homepage go to Messages.
  2. On the left column click on Compose.
  3. On the ‘To‘ field type in the first 3 characters of the user’s name, registration or car make.
  4. A drop down menu with some options will appear. Select the one you want to send a message to.
  5. On the ‘Send a Reply‘, type your message and click on Send Message.
Note: you can send a message to a user that is not on the drop down menu, simply by typing the full registration number.

How to send a multimedia message

Besides a text message you can also send images.

  1. On the top right of your homepage go to Messages.
  2. On the left column click on Compose.
  3. On the ‘To‘ field type in the first 3 characters of the user’s name, registration or car make.
  4. A drop down menu with some options will appear. Select the one you want to send a message to.
  5. Next to the ‘Send a Reply’ field you have an option to Attach Image. Click on it.
  6. From your computer or smartphone chose the image file you want to send. Click on Send Message.
Note: you can only send one image at a time

How to read a message

When receiving a message you will get notified via email and in your page.

  1. Click on Messages on the right top of the screen. You will be redirected to your inbox.
  2. Your new message will appear in green. Click on it.

How to reply

You can reply to a message directly once you open it. There is a text box below the message where you can type your answer. Click on Send Message.

Or you might want to reply later:

  1. Click on Messages and you will be redirected to your inbox.
  2. Click on the message you want to reply to.
  3. Type the content of your answer on the typing box. Click on Send Message.
